Patrice Daignault C.a.

Patrice Daignault C.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. They began their career as an Auditor at PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS in 1993 and later moved on to become the Director of Risk & Treasury at Holcim in 1998. In 2008, they joined ProSep inc as the CFO & Corporate Secretary. After that, they worked at Réseau de transport métropolitain as the CFO and treasurer from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the VP finance & treasurer at Groupe Hexagone s.e.c. They then held the position of CFO at Groupe Deric from 2014 until joining ALI Excavation & Construction in 2015, where they currently serve as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the audit committee.

Patrice Daignault C.A. completed a certificate in Economy at Universite de Montréal from 1989 to 1990. This was followed by their Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) degree in Accounting and the achievement of their Chartered Accountant (CA) designation at HEC Montréal from 1990 to 1993.
