Harmizi Rahim

Harmizi Rahim began their work experience in 2018 as a driver for Grab. In 2019, they worked as an Audit Intern at Moore Stephens Associates & Co., where they prepared trial balances and reviewed financial statements. In 2020, Harmizi joined Deriv as an Accounts and Payments Executive, responsible for management account preparation, e-wallet and cryptocurrency wallet reconciliation, and assisting clients with deposits and withdrawals. They were later promoted to Senior Accounts Executive and eventually became the Accounting Operations Team Lead at Deriv in November 2022.

Harmizi Rahim completed their Bachelor of Accounting degree in Accounting and Finance at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Accounting at Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka in 2015-2016. Harmizi has also obtained additional certifications in Delegating Tasks, Delegating from a Distance, Communication within Teams, Auto Count Certified, and Sage UBS Accounting. The years when these certifications were obtained are not specified.
