Crystal Daves

Crystal Daves is an experienced professional in procurement and operational management, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Operations Procurement at Deriva Energy since January 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Manager of Procurement at CommScope from 2020 to 2023. Crystal's career includes significant experience at Bernhardt Design, where responsibilities included Purchasing Manager and National Accounts Project Manager from March 2012 to November 2018. Additionally, Crystal was a Managing Partner and Financial Manager & Coordinator at CCI Construction from September 2004 to December 2010. Crystal earned a Bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University.
