Luis Garcia

Luis Garcia is an experienced leader in talent acquisition and resource management, currently serving as President at Derive since July 2012. In this role, Luis oversees the enhancement of production and customer service processes, ensuring quality assurance for clients. Previously, Luis held the position of Director of Recruiting at Business & Decision from September 2010 to March 2012, and served as Vice President of Resource Solutions & HR at Straight Line from June 2007 to September 2010. Additionally, Luis was Vice President of Talent Solutions at Ensynch from 2002 to 2005. Luis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed from August 1990 to August 1995.
