Matt Alderman

Matt Alderman is an experienced engineering professional specializing in calibrations and product development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Principal Calibrations Engineer and Calibrations Technical Lead at Derive Systems since August 2020, Matt previously held the position of Principal Calibrations Engineer at Swampland Diesel & Automotive from September 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that role, Matt contributed as Principal Calibration Engineer at ID Motorsports from February 2016 to September 2019 and as Sr. Calibration Engineer at SCT Performance from December 2012 to February 2016, focusing on creating preloaded tunes and conducting specialty training classes. Matt began the career as a Calibration Engineer at Street Stangs LLC, where tenure lasted from March 2004 to December 2012.
