Erin K. has extensive experience in the beauty and retail industry, with a significant tenure at Dermalogica Canada since December 2017, where roles included Field Manager and Senior Account Manager for Sephora. Erin oversees national Sephora locations, managing a retail field team and contributing to training, scheduling, and event planning while tracking KPIs and sales performance. As the first Dermalogica Account Executive for Sephora, Erin played a pivotal role in growing brand awareness and has a strong background in visual merchandising, sales support, and education. Previous experiences include co-founding Art Of Boxing, serving as Sales and Education Executive at Murad, and various roles at Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart, demonstrating a consistent focus on customer engagement, team management, and strategic business development. Erin is also an active member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce and Purpose Taskforce.
