Morgan Francis

Morgan Francis is a Sustainability Specialist at Dermalogica since November 2021, bringing forward expertise in engineering and sustainability. Previously, Morgan served as a Chemical Engineer at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from September 2020 to November 2021 and held an internship as a Chemical Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil in mid-2020. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Intern position at Eastman Chemical Company in 2019 and an internship at Fuller Industries LLC in 2017. Morgan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University (2021-2023), a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis (2018-2020), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Baker University (2015-2019).
