Kaitlyn Garcia

Kaitlyn Garcia is an experienced Mohs Histology Technician currently working at Dermatology & Skin Cancer Surgery Center, an affiliate of Preferred Dermatology Partners, Inc., since May 2025. With a solid background in histology, Kaitlyn has previously held similar positions at U.S. Dermatology Partners and Epiphany Dermatology, where responsibilities included preparing frozen sections, mapping, grossing, embedding, sectioning, and staining tissue specimens, as well as ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations. Kaitlyn also served as a Mohs Laboratory Technician and has experience in medical assisting, coaching volleyball, and administrative tasks in diverse settings. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science from New Mexico Junior College.
