David Sprinkle

David Sprinkle has extensive experience in the real estate development industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Dermody Properties, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked for Duke Realty Corporation as the Senior Manager of Development Services from May 2016 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Associate/Project Manager at Robert and Company from May 2004 to May 2016.

David Sprinkle attended The University of Georgia from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
