TD Smith

TD Smith is a nonprofit fundraising and development executive with a proven track record, having raised over $8.8 million throughout their career. They currently serve as the Vice President of Development at Reality Changers, where they lead strategic fundraising and outreach. Previously, TD was a Development Director for the YMCA of San Diego County, raising $1 million in charitable funds, and a Grants and Institutional Giving Specialist at Mama's Kitchen, securing over $4.1 million in grant funding. They also worked as a Program Administrator for the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA, where they successfully secured funding and coordinated key community events.
