Hicham Chatila

Hicham Chatila is an experienced professional in the fields of transportation and urban development, currently serving as the National Director for Smart and Livable Communities at Parametrix since July 2021. Previously, Hicham held the position of President at TRAFX, LLC since August 2003 and was President of Transpo Group MENA from July 2010 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, Hicham served as the ITS Director for Transpo Group from October 1992 to June 2010 and as the Transportation Manager for the City of Springfield, Oregon from January 1988 to September 1992. Hicham Chatila holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Saint Martins College.
