Jeff Sheaves

Jeff Sheaves currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for the Southern Division at Derr Flooring Co since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff Sheaves was with Bona AB as a Territory Manager from May 2019 to May 2023. From January 1993 to April 2019, Jeff Sheaves owned and operated Sheaves Floors LLC, a family-run retail flooring business and contractor. Earlier in their career, Jeff Sheaves held various sales positions, including Chemical & Equipment Specialist at Hathaway Incorporated and Territory Sales Manager roles at Castex Inc. and The Brulin Corporation, focusing on janitorial supplies and equipment sales. Jeff Sheaves also served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant from September 1983 to July 1991. Jeff Sheaves holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Maryland.
