James England is a highly experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Derry Building Services, with a career spanning over a decade in the building services construction industry. Specializing in the design and coordination of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems, James has successfully managed complex projects, particularly in the healthcare, education, distribution, MOD, leisure, and custody sectors. Prior to this role, experience as an Electrical Design Engineer at Anderson Green Ltd involved significant project contributions, including leading three education sector projects through RIBA stages 2 and 3. Early career experience included roles at IKEA Group and a work placement at Bentley Motors Ltd, where valuable skills in project and quality management were developed. James holds an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from South Nottingham College, alongside A Levels in Electronics and GCSEs from Kimberley School.
