Gerard McCarthy has worked with Derrycourt since 2007. Gerard is responsible for the maintaining of quality standards across all contracts and ensuring customer expectations are met at all times. He is a key point of contact for all clients.
Gerard is operationally involved with the implementation and role out of client contracts. In addition to this, he oversees the implementation of new processes and procedures that can be applied across all sites . This includes the usage of new products and innovations and cost saving measures for the client. In his role as Operations Manager, Gerard is responsible for the management of Derrycourt Cleaning Specialists Area Management team and their delivery of a first class service that exceeds client expectations.
