Charlie works with clients, account teams, design, and development teams to integrate measurement technologies including lead capture and engagement tools. These strategic services provide insights for KPI objectives, performance, and return on investment. He drives face-to-face program success with the appropriate accountability and measurement tools to document and validate progress toward goals.
He has strategic planning and analysis experience in other areas, as he has worked as a Senior Development Officer and a Director of Market Intelligence at marketing organizations as well as non-profits. He spent over 6 years in Marquette University Advancement supporting data-driven decision making regarding prospect relationships, research directives, development strategy and fundraiser forecasting.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance, and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.
