John Gillespie is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in facilities management and engineering. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Derwent fm since May 2021, John previously held the position of Lead Facilities Technician at Apleona HSG Limited Ireland, managing preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings. Prior to that role, John worked as a Facilities Technician at Aramark Workplace Solutions and as a Facilities Engineer at Goodman Medical Ireland Ltd, where responsibilities included managing maintenance operations and mentoring technicians. Earlier in John's career, significant roles included Operations Superintendent at Simon Management Ltd, overseeing oil terminal operations, and Technician with the Irish Permanent Defence Forces, specializing in ordnance and engineering.
