Andrew Jenkins MSc, MIWFM is an experienced professional in building operations and property management, currently serving as Senior Building Operations Manager at Derwent London since November 2024. Previously, Andrew held various managerial roles at GPE, CBRE, Savills, and Broadgate Estates, focusing on occupier services and property management. With a background in consultancy, Andrew has expertise in ISO certification and has contributed to multiple sectors, including residential property management. Andrew co-founded The Judicalis Group and has been involved in legal research, as well as volunteer work in social security tribunals.
