Eric Grundfast

Eric Grundfast currently serves as President of the Des Moines Buccaneers since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development for The ALS Association from March 2023 to November 2024 and providing consulting on partnerships for the Iowa Wild in the latter part of 2022. Grundfast held the position of Director of Business Operations & Alternate Governor at San Jose Barracuda between August 2021 and August 2022. Prior roles at Iowa Wild from 2013 to 2021 included Vice President of Sales and Senior Director of Sales, overseeing corporate partnerships. Grundfast's earlier career includes positions with Providence Sports & Entertainment, Providence Bruins, and Bridgeport Sound Tigers, contributing to sales, community relations, and operations. Eric Grundfast earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
