Frank Lona, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DMOS Orthopaedic Centers since October 2022, following a role as Human Resources Manager at VizyPay, where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and a comprehensive HRIS was successfully implemented. Frank has an extensive HR background that includes positions as Operations Manager/HR Generalist at VizyPay and ESOP Specialist at Newport Group, alongside experience in resolving escalated inquiries at Wells Fargo and recruitment strategy development at Saint Edmund Catholic Schools. Education includes a degree in Human Resource Management from Des Moines Area Community College, a Master's in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Medieval History from the University of St. Thomas.
