Roxanne Dunn

Roxanne Dunn has extensive experience in the medical and educational fields. Currently, Roxanne serves as the Des Moines Metro Planner and Central Iowa Planning Coordinator at Team Rubicon since July 2021. Concurrently, Roxanne holds the position of Associate Professor at Des Moines University since September 2015, engaging in the evaluation of students in clinical skills exams. Roxanne has been a Family Practice Physician at Mercy Care Community Physicians since 1997, with a particular focus on women's health, and previously worked at Mercy Care Telehealth at Rockwell until November 2021. Earlier roles include physician positions at Heartland Health and Wesley Medical Center, where Roxanne was involved in trauma and respiratory therapy. Roxanne began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician-2 at Schaffer Ambulance. Roxanne earned a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) in Family Practice from Des Moines University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Kansas State University.
