Kristian Neilands

Kristian Neilands is currently the Facilities Manager at Des Plaines Park District where they supervise seasonal aquatic workers and handle scheduling, training, and development. They also have experience as a Lifeguard and as an Automotive Sales and Marketing Specialist at Paramount Lead Solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard at Goldfish Swim School Franchising, LLC and founded Caligo LLC, an e-commerce business. Kristian holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Illinois State University.
