Nicole Dale

Nicole Dale, PHR, has a diverse background in human resources and management. Nicole currently serves as the Superintendent of Human Resources & Risk at Des Plaines Park District. Prior to this, Nicole held various HR roles at Midwest Technical Inspections, Inc. and Center for Performance Development. Nicole also has experience in operations and business management. Nicole started their career at Elk Grove Park District as a lifeguard and worked their way up to Pool Manager. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in HR Management and Organizational Leadership from Illinois State University.
