Jordan Ratliff

Jordan Ratliff is a seasoned theatre professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently serving as a Casting Assistant at Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Jordan manages the casting email account for the 2024 Summer Stage Season. As an Audience Services Manager at Teatro Vista Productions, Jordan coordinates ticket reservations and outreach initiatives. As Artistic Director of New Wave Theatre Company, Jordan promotes equity and community engagement in the Chicago theatre scene. Additional experience includes roles such as Patrons Accounts Assistant at Des Plaines Public Library, Artistic Associate at PrideArts, and various positions in audience services across different venues, showcasing a commitment to innovative theatre and customer service excellence.
