Desautel Hege
Brie Adderley serves as Associate Vice President at DH since July 2022, leading complex projects, communications programs, and advocacy campaigns while providing strategic counsel to clients. Previously, Brie held the role of Senior Account Director at DH, where management of strategic communications and public affairs was central, alongside efforts to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Prior experience includes positions at Nyhus as Account Director and DEI Lead, where strategic counsel for public affairs was provided, and at the University of Washington Department of Global Health, serving as Director of Project Management. Early career experiences encompass roles in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Policy Advisor and Interim Press Secretary, and as a Team Leader for City Year. Brie earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
