Elodie Baunel

Elodie Baunel is currently the Directrice régionale at Groupe Descamps, overseeing 18 boutiques, including major department store corners such as Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. Prior to this role, Elodie held multiple key positions in the retail sector, including Responsable secteur at MV Services, and Directrice de magasin at COURIR, where management of a flagship store and a team of 15 collaborators resulted in significant sales performance. Elodie also served as Responsable de magasin multisite, managing multiple locations at Courir and Nafnaf and achieving top regional performances. Elodie's retail career began at INTERSPORT Group, followed by roles at GO SPORT, further solidifying expertise in team leadership, sales strategies, and operational efficiency.
