Heidi Tucker has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Heidi started their career at Emergis Inc. in 2001, where they worked as a 3rd Level Technical Support representative from July 2001 to July 2003. Heidi then advanced to the position of Project Manager at Emergis Inc. from August 2003 to September 2007.

In 2007, Heidi joined Descartes Systems Group, where they took on the role of Sr. Activations Consultant from September 2007 to March 2016. Heidi then became the Client Services Manager at Descartes Systems Group from March 2016 to February 2019. Currently, Heidi is serving as the Director of Support Services at Descartes Systems Group, starting from February 2019.
