Joseph Foley

Joseph Foley started their work experience in 1998 as the Web Products Manager for Flagship Customs Services, a Division of Descartes Systems Group. Joseph held this role until 2009. In 2009, they became the Director of R&D, Government Solutions for Descartes Systems Group, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 onwards, Joseph has been serving as the Director, R&D Global Compliance for the same company.

Joseph Foley attended Virginia Tech from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering.
