Sarah Klassen-Rempel

Sarah Klassen-Rempel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2015 to present, they have worked at Descartes Systems Group as a Principal UX Designer and previously as a UI-UX Designer. In these roles, they collaborated with product teams, conducted user research, and supported development teams in building applications. From 2012 to 2013, Sarah worked at Peace Camp at Grebel as a Camp Coordinator, where they were responsible for creating an enjoyable camp experience and overseeing staff hiring and training. Sarah also worked as an Intern at Peace Camp, assisting with promotion and maintaining the camp's online presence. Sarah also has experience at Mennonite Coalition for Refugee Support as an Outreach Assistant, where they assisted with settlement resources, event planning, and social media maintenance. Additionally, they worked at Service Canada as a Citizen Services Assistant, providing advice and resources to clients.

Sarah Klassen-Rempel completed a Master's Degree in Digital Experience Innovation at the University of Waterloo Stratford School from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Knowledge Integration and Joint Honours Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo between 2009 and 2014.
