Marie Chabal Filleteau

Marie Chabal Filleteau currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Descartes Underwriting since September 2024. Prior to this role, Marie was the Global People Development & Culture Senior Director at Doctolib from June 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing company culture and employee engagement initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as the France HR Director at the Boston Consulting Group from October 2008 to May 2020, managing key people projects and leading the HR function for the consulting staff in Paris. Marie’s consulting career commenced in 2001, with roles at PwC Consulting, IBM Business Consulting Services, and Wavestone, specializing in management consulting across various sectors. Marie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from EDHEC Business School and participated in a leadership training at École Navale in 2017.
