Mario Tucholke

Mario Tucholke serves as the Commercial Director DACH at Descartes Underwriting since September 2022, while simultaneously working as a Certified Business Trainer & Coach with BRIDGEHOUSE since April 2020 and as the Founder of socius care since January 2022. Previously, Mario held significant roles at Gothaer from July 2019 to August 2022 as Board Member GoVS and Head of P&C Business Development GA, and at SÜDVERS from July 2014 to June 2019 as Managing Director, COO, and CPO. Experience also includes a tenure at Zurich Insurance from September 2007 to June 2014 as COO of Baden-Badener Versicherung AG and European Head of Global Automotive, alongside other leadership positions at Gerling Konzern. Mario's educational background includes a Diplom-Betriebswirt from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, certified coaching and training qualifications from Bridgehouse, and a certification as a Business Trainer from BDVT.
