The Company provides sportswear, ski wear and related products under the names arena, AVIA and Babolat, among others; golf wear and related products under the names Munsingwear, le coq sportif, CUTTER & BUCK, Calvin Klein golf and LANVIN SPORT; outdoor wears under the names DESCENTE, A-SEVEN and Marmot, among others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had nine subsidiaries and three associated companies.
