Mickey Chen

Mickey Chen is a seasoned retail professional with extensive management experience in the retail sector. Starting as a store manager at Uniqlo from October 2008 to November 2010, Mickey progressed to various leadership roles, including store manager at H&M and flagship store manager at C&A, where responsibilities included planning sales targets, staff recruitment, training, and cost management from December 2010 to May 2015. Following that, Mickey served as a senior manager at Adidas from May 2015 to May 2020, overseeing flagship concept store operations in West and South regions, before advancing to operation director at Adidas from May 2020 to December 2022, managing the largest global flagship store in the Western region. Currently, Mickey holds the position of Deputy Regional Director at Descente Global Retail, focusing on retail management in East China since December 2022. Mickey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Chengdu University, completed in 2007.
