Steffen Schmitz

Steffen Schmitz has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Steffen is currently working as the Head of Research and Development at DESCH Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions such as System Engineer Mobile Machines and Recycling, Project Manager Innovation Hub, and Systems Engineer Construction Machines at the same company from 2018 to 2023. Before joining DESCH Group, Schmitz worked as a Project Engineer at Volkmann GmbH from 2014 to 2018. Steffen started their career as an intern at Weidemann GmbH in 2013.
