Thies Janßen has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Thies began their career in 2002 as a Personaldisponent at Kristall Personalservice GmbH. In 2008, they worked at MAHLE Powertrain as part of a Bachelor's abroad internship before joining Fachhochschule Südwestfalen as a Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft im Labor für Automotive and later as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter. Since 2011, Thies has been working at the DESCH Group, where they held several positions including Global Sales Manager, Auftragsmanager, Assistent der Produktionsleitung / Auftragsmanager, Assistent to the production director / Head of operational purchase / Order manager, and currently serves as the Assistent to the CTO / Head of Order Management.
Thies Janßen completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automotive from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen in 2008. Thies then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Integrierte Produktentwicklung from the same institution, which they completed in 2011.
