Phil Griffiths has extensive experience in sales and management within the horticultural industry, currently serving as Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland at Desch Plantpak since September 2016. Previously, Phil held the position of Area Sales Manager and was the Owner of TEK GB LTD from June 2009 to March 2013, returning to the field of horticultural print. Prior to that, Phil was the Managing Director of Floramedia UK Ltd within the Mercurius Group from January 1998 to August 2008 and served as Sales & Marketing Manager at R.A. Meredith & Son (Nurseries) Ltd from March 1997 to December 2007. Phil's educational background includes an OND in Amenity Horticulture from Lancashire College of Agriculture & Horticulture, earned between 1977 and 1980, and attendance at Accrington Grammar School from 1971 to 1975.
