Adam Goggins, MA LPC, has extensive experience in behavioral health, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist II at Deschutes County since May 2018, where responsibilities include supervising programming and staff at the Deschutes County Stabilization Center and overseeing the civil commitment and Crisis Intervention Training programs.
