Deschutes County
Robert Tintle, MPA has extensive experience in government finance and administration. Robert is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Deschutes County since September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked for Lane County Government, where they held the positions of ARP Finance Manager from July 2022 to September 2022, and Financial Services Manager/Treasurer from August 2016 to June 2022. Before joining Lane County Government, Robert worked for the City of Eugene as the Public Works Administration Director from April 2010 to August 2016, and as the Director of Finance and Administration/Airport from January 2005 to April 2010. Robert began their career at Lane County as the Supervising Senior Accountant from May 2001 to January 2005.
Robert Tintle, MPA, obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Public Works Administration from Norwich University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Robert previously earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Linfield University, attending from 1995 to 1998. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Robert attended Lane Community College from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management.
