Rika Ayotte

Rika Ayotte is an experienced executive with a strong background in non-profit management and museum administration. Currently serving as the Executive Director for both Deschutes Land Trust and Discover Your Forest since 2021 and 2015 respectively, Rika also founded and leads Forest Path Consulting LLC. Previous roles include Executive Director at Wood Memorial Library and Public Programs Manager at Crocker Art Museum. Rika holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Business Administration in Museum Administration and Non-Profit Management from John F Kennedy University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in History/American Indian Studies from the University of Washington.
