Sara Brang

Sara Brang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon since August 2022, Sara has also been the Learning & Development Program Manager at Deschutes Public Library since April 2019, where responsibilities include designing and executing employee and leadership development strategies. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at Advantage Dental Group LLC, where Sara analyzed learning needs and created tailored training programs, and Sr. Manager of Training & Field Development at Beachbody, where Sara led the creation of the company’s first online LMS and successfully re-launched it, resulting in significant cost savings. Earlier experience at Arbonne International involved managing incentive and sales programs. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV/Film from California State University, Fullerton.
