Victor Sahate is the Chief Design & Creative Officer at Descomplica. Victor was previously the Creative Director / Freelancer at Google, helping Google and brands connect to create the most progressive ideas in the world. Prior to that, Sahate was the Global Creative Partner at McCann Worldgroup, developing a global creative digital offering for McCann Erickson. Sahate has also served as Executive Creative Director at AnalogFolk and Syzygy, helping the agencies to achieve world class design and creative quality in everything they do. Victor has also been the Creative Lead at Agency Republic and Art Director/Graphic Designer at Globo.com. Sahate is a Senior Art Director and the Founder of Red Alien.

Victor Sahate has a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication/Graphic Design from Centro Universitário da Cidade.
