Fahad Mahmood

Fahad Mahmood is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various divisions within the construction and industrial services sectors. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at Descon since August 2018, Fahad leads HR operations for the Construction Division, which focuses on EPC services in Oil & Gas, Power, and Renewable Energy. Prior roles include HR Business Lead at Descon's Industrial Services Division in Pakistan and the UAE, as well as HR Generalist positions in infrastructure projects and other regional operations. Fahad's career in human resource management began with an HR Generalist role at Descon Engineering Limited in 2007, and Fahad holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab.
