Hammad Malik

Hammad Malik is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as Lead HR and HRBP at Descon since December 2023, Hammad previously held the position of Manager of People Operations at Highnoon, where responsibilities included onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. Prior to that, Hammad worked as Assistant Manager HR at US Apparel & Textiles, focusing on recruitment cycles and performance reporting. Additional experience includes serving as Junior HRBP at Jadeed Group of Companies, where effective communication and support for organizational changes were emphasized, and roles at Nestlé that involved recruitment meetings, candidate evaluations, and internship program management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab, obtained in 2017.
