Shubha Kayastha

Shubha Kayastha is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at Descon since January 2025, Shubha has held significant positions at Nepal Telecom from March 2018 to June 2025, including Deputy Manager and Senior Accounts Officer. Prior to that, Shubha worked as an Accounts Officer at the Securities Board of Nepal for a brief period in 2018 and as an Internal Audit Officer at NIC ASIA BANK in 2017. Shubha's career began at J. B. Rajbhandary and DiBins, Chartered Accountants, where a position as Audit Officer was held from September 2011 to June 2017. Academically, Shubha holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal, a Master of Arts in Economics from Patan Multiple College, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Shanker Dev Campus, with additional education from Siddhartha Vansthali College.
