Umair Mir is an accomplished oil industry professional with a robust background in project delivery, asset management, and human capital management. They served as President of the EPC Division at Descon, overseeing turn-key projects primarily in Pakistan and the Middle East. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Deputy Managing Director at PARCO and Director of Projects and Engineering at OMV New Zealand. Umair has diversified international experience across the oil and gas sector and has been instrumental in driving significant capital projects and asset developments throughout their career. They completed a management program at IMD in 2008.
