Slavik Markovich

Slavik Markovich has held a variety of roles in the tech industry, beginning in 1996 as a Team Leader at I.D.F. Slavik then moved to db@net in 2001 as VP R&D, followed by CTO at Sentrigo ltd. in 2006. In 2011, they took on the role of VP & CTO of Database Security at McAfee, as well as Board Member at enlocked. In 2015, they became Founder and CEO of Demisto, and in 2019 moved to Palo Alto Networks as SVP Product, Demisto. Most recently, in 2022, Slavik Markovich became Co-Founder and CEO of Descope.

Slavik Markovich attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a B.Sc in Computer Science.
