Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason is the CEO of Descript, a company they co-founded in November 2013. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of Groupon, a company they started in October 2008. Before that, they founded The Point, a social media platform, in December 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a server at Chi Chi's from November 1998 to June 1999. Andrew has also been a part-time partner at Y Combinator since May 2013.

Andrew Mason studied music at Northwestern University.
