Kathleen C. Fueston

Kathleen was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018. She has been a Human Resource professional for more than 30 years. Her experience includes working in for-profit and not-for-profit industries, as well as management of her own HR consulting firm. Currently, she works as Director of Human Resources for the Temple Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her background with the Church also includes work with Global Workforce Relations and as HR Director for the Information and Communication Services Department.

Kathleen earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Brigham Young University and her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University. Kathleen and her family have been members of DFCU since 1999 and enjoy the many outstanding services provided by DFCU and its exceptional employees. Her board responsibilities have included working on the Technology Committee, the Compensation Committee, and chairing the Training Committee. She is currently serving on the Strategic Planning Committee, the Compensation Committee and is chair of the Nominations Committee. Kathleen is also a member of the Executive Committee, serving as Board Secretary.
