Amy Bogan

Amy Bogan has extensive experience in customer service and benefits administration. Currently serving as part-time Volunteer and Visitor Services Staff at Desert Botanical Garden since November 2008, Amy provides exceptional support to visitors regarding admissions, rental services, and information about exhibits. Previously, Amy held roles such as Proposal/Database Manager at Conduent and Senior Advisor at TPI, Inc., where responsibilities included managing Benefits and Human Resources projects. Additionally, as Manager of Savings Plan Administration at American Red Cross, Amy oversaw the 401(k) plan, handling supplier management and financial oversight. Earlier roles included Systems Analyst at Buck Consultants and Manager at Wellspring Resources, with an educational background in Bachelor of Science from Drexel University.
