Natalie Melkonoff

Natalie Melkonoff possesses extensive experience in ecology and education, serving in various roles at Desert Botanical Garden since January 2013, culminating as Plant and Insect Ecology Program Manager. Additional roles at the garden include Plant and Insect Ecology Program Coordinator, Assistant, Plant Materials Assistant, and Garden Educator, along with an internship focused on children's education. In academia, Natalie Melkonoff has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at both the University of Arizona since July 2021 and Arizona State University from August 2017 to May 2018. Research experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at ASU Rob and Melani Walton Sustainability Solutions Service and coordination of summer harvesting for Iskashitaa Refugee Network.
