Rich Frakes

Rich Frakes serves as the General Manager of Desert Cab LLC Operations Series since August 2016, overseeing all operational facets of Desert and Virgin Valley Cabs, including a workforce of over 400 employees and 300+ lease drivers. Frakes has a robust background in transportation management, having previously held General Manager positions at Desert Cab, Inc., On Demand Sedan, and Frias Transportation Management, where a skilled team of approximately 2000 employees was developed to enhance transportation operations across multiple cab companies. Frakes also directed operations at Lucky Transportation, managing a cross-functional team of around 300 employees, and co-owned Ultra-Pure Drinking Water, Inc. in Las Vegas. Rich Frakes holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Western Governors University, with ongoing education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
